How We Collect Information?

As a company, SchoolBiz does not ask student and parents for data directly. Any data in the software is shared/entered/added by the schools with which SchoolBiz signs a contract or is collected because the school needs the student or parent to provide this data to the school so they can do what is required to be done. All the data entered on our system is added/entered/updated by the schools. We only create the login account for school.

How We Share Your Information?

We do not sell/share, trade or rent Users personal information. Your security is our responsibility. We may use third party service providers to help us operate our business and the Site or administer activities on our behalf, such as sending out new feature/rating or surveys.

How Your Information Is Secure With Us

Data security is one of our prime aims to retain privacy for our customers. No one can enter in system without credentials on both web and mobile platform. We have appropriate data collection, storage and processing practices and security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction of your personal information, username, password, transaction information and data stored on our site. We will not misuse or sell school data to any third party. SchoolBiz does never share login data with anyone. Even our staff has also don't have access to view/add/edit student information. Our servers automatically keep backups of all changes.

Our App Permission

We only required the Camera and storage access on our SchoolBiz mobile app

Camera : We use to camera to upload the profile pic for students/staff.

Storage: We use the storage to read/write the profile pics and some document shared by or to teachers or administration.
